Yes, you can! After your booking is confirmed, you can click into the patient's profile to create and update visit notes. While you're at the visit, you can chart in real time, and all your notes will be automatically saved under that patient's visit date for easy reference later.

When you book a nurse through Nurse Connect, you’ll first be able to chat with your nurse through our secure messaging platform to discuss rates and services, so you’ll have a clear understanding of the total cost before your visit. During booking, you’ll enter your credit or debit card information, and a $25 holding deposit will be placed to secure your appointment. After your visit, you’ll receive an invoice with a full cost breakdown based on the hours and services provided, and the final payment will be processed automatically through your saved payment method.
