I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a diverse clinical background, including 7 years of medical-surgical nursing experience and 5 years of infusion nursing experience. Throughout my career, I have cared for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, developing strong skills in comprehensive assessment, medication administration, intravenous therapy, infusion management, patient education, care coordination, and evidence-based nursing practice. I currently work as a Nurse Educator, where I use my clinical experience to support the professional development of nurses and healthcare staff. In this role, I provide education, reinforce clinical competencies, promote patient safety and evidence-based practices, and help nurses strengthen their critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills. In addition to my nursing experience, I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have more than 12 years of experience working with individuals with mental and developmental disabilities. This background has strengthened my ability to understand the relationship between physical health, mental health, behavior, and each patient’s individual needs. What makes me unique as a healthcare provider is the combination of my medical-surgical, infusion, psychology, and nursing education experience. I approach patient care holistically and believe that patients should feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their health.
