Kat is awesome! I'd never given myself an intramuscular injection before and was pretty anxious about it, and she completely put me at ease. She walked me through every step clearly; selecting sites, drawing medication, appropriate needle and angle... and explained the why behind each part, not just the how, which made it actually stick. By the end I felt fully confident to do it on my own—and I did! If you're nervous about self-injecting, Kat is exactly the person you want teaching you. Highly recommend.

highly recommend Kat for anyone navigating the IVF process. Egg retrieval injections can be very overwhelming at first but Kat put me at ease straight away!
