I’ve been a Home Health Aide for 8 years now, and honestly, it’s more than a job to me. From 2018 to 2026, I took care of two patients — stayed with them all the way until they were 89 and 98. One of them had dementia, so I learned a lot about how to be patient, how to stay calm, and how to make someone feel safe even on their hardest days.
