She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration and brings a strong foundation in clinical operations, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. Her background reflects a balance of hands-on patient care and management responsibilities, with a consistent focus on patient safety, quality outcomes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.  Throughout her career, Ms. Pratt has demonstrated expertise in managing high-acuity patient populations, including psychiatric stabilization, detox monitoring, ventilator and cardiac care, IV therapy, and complex medication administration. She has served in charge and supervisory roles, overseeing nursing staff, coordinating care plans, conducting chart audits, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Her experience spans both hospital and long-term care environments, allowing her to adapt quickly to fast-paced clinical settings while maintaining compliance with best-practice standards.
