Hi, I'm Carolin, Registered Nurse and infusion specialist. Born and raised in Germany, I came to the United States in 2008 driven by a deep passion for health and human performance. Before becoming a nurse, I spent over a decade as a personal trainer and fitness coach, helping people transform their bodies through movement, nutrition, and discipline. That hands-on work sparked my fascination with how the body heals and thrives — not just through exercise, but through cellular recovery and metabolic balance. Over time, I realized that true wellness care needed to bridge medical science and proactive self-care — not just treating symptoms but preventing them.
