I am looking for a nurse to administer intramuscular injections Lupron Depot (Arvekap) for down regulation as part of my IVF protocol. The plan is: 1 injection per month for 3 months Starting in September Medication will be provided by me My IVF clinic is based abroad, so the prescription is from an international doctor (not U.S.-based). I am only seeking assistance with administration of the injections. Please let me know availability and pricing
