We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active NPI number to provide one-on-one private duty care for a 14-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and a feeding tube. Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekends as needed School breaks as needed Patient Needs: * Full assist with all daily activities * Nonverbal communication support * Seizure monitoring and management * Personal care and comfort support * Heavy lifting
